The Strategy.

Define Goals.

The first step is defining goals that are measurable and attainable. Do you want more visitors? More sales? More traffic to a particular page? More sign-ups? More users? We’ll also take this time to determine who your users are and what demographic they fall into.

Come up with a Plan.

Once we’ve determined what goals are most important for you, we will then develop a plan of action. This the part where we determine what we will be tracking and what benchmarks we will measure against to determine success in regards to our Goals.

Implement the plan.

Once the goals have been determined, and we’ve developed a plan to attain those goals, we can really get to work. Integrating with tools like Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, AdWords, identifying specific actions to track such as button clicks, page scrolls, page views, source traffic, there’s a lot of possibilities here!

Analyze and Adjust.

Now that the plan is in motion its time to carefully monitor the results in the aforementioned tools, Analytics, Webmaster tools, etc. and determine if we’re hitting our goals, adjust if needed and keep steaming away!
